Sunny 3 Bedroom Apartment in Soho

perfect location: directly next to Spring street subway station (C and E line) and across the street from Spring Street Trader Joe’s (literally amazing and helps me eat so healthy) and a CVS (comes in handy so much especially since we’re NOT going to... Target). Extremely sturdy washer and dryer SEPARATE large units- none of that two-in-one terrible washer/dryer units. Great dishwasher (never dishes in the sink - goes directly into the dishwasher that gets washed every night perfectly) Lovely bathroom with direct sunlight in the morning and has a shower akin to the small showers in the Soho Equinox (also 10 mins walk away) .

Beautiful large common space with table and couch … lovely decorations and an adorable christmas tree in december.

looking for lovely girls who would like to be friends and will treat the apartment with love and respect so as to make this a home.

lease starts june 1st for a full year and you are able to sublet whenever if you want.
