One or two rooms available (both with access to balcony) in shared two-floor apartment
One or two rooms are available in a two-floor apartment shared with one female roommate in her thirties. Private entrance on the floor, private bathroom and balcony. Shared kitchen on the lower floor.
I used one room to sleep and the other as a... studio, but they were originally conceived as separate bedrooms to be rented by different people. The current roommate would like to keep the arrangement where one person rents both, so we are offering a price for both. If you are interested in one room only, however, that's ok, you'll pay half of the price we listed (plus electricity and Wifi). In this case, you will be sharing the bathroom and balcony with someone else.
The rooms are both very sunny from April to September (North-East exposure), above the rooms is a rooftop that is shared with other tenants in the building. The space downstairs has also a balcony which is used by the roommate. Centralized A/C and heating system is available.
The apartment is an 8min walk to Halsey (J line) and a 20min walk to Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs (L line). A few laundromats and supermarkets are found walking distance, as well as coffee shops (Party House is right downstairs). The building has NO bike storage or washer/dryer in unit.
Move in date May 15th. You'll be responsible for covering May 15-31st (half-month rent) for the room(s) and deposit ($1050 per room) required before moving in.
The queen bed in the photo is available for free if you want it, the twin bed and the desk at a cheap price.
