Furnished Pre-War Williamsburg Apartment close to Domino Park

Hii, I am studying away during the summer and want to sublet my apartment for the full months of June and July. However, since I leave the second week of May, an earlier move-in date is also plausible if you're looking for that. This is a two-bedroom... one bath apartment in prime Williamsburg. It is located in a classic pre-war building and is a second floor walk-up. It is a two-minute walk from Domino Park and right beside the Williamsburg bridge. You can frequently see the train pass by on the bridge from the living room window or from the fire escape in a very NYC-esque manner. The apt is a 12-minute walk to the JMZ subway line on Marcy Ave and a 18-minute walk to the L subway on Bedford. It is also a one-minute walk to the Q59 bus which takes you straight to the L Bedford stop.

The apt is a 4-minute walk to the Williamsburg bridge pedestrian walk-up, making it perfect for a morning or late-night run while catching in the views from both Williamsburg and Manhattan. Along Domino Park, there are tons of restaurants, green space, and a breathtaking view of Lower Manhattan. There are tons of bars around the area too if that is something you're interested in for night-life activities.

The apt comes fully furnished. We have a very large comfortable L-shaped couch in the living room, courtesy of my lovely roommate who you would share the apartment with. We have all the kitchen supplies you could need at your disposal if you prefer to make your own meals. My room also comes with a full-sized bed, desk and chair, fluffy pink rug, huge dresser, and a closet. My room window is quite big and has a view of a pretty nice tree and the first floor neighbors' backyard. There is tons of natural light in my room and the whole apartment. We usually never use the main overhead lights.

My roommate has two amazing cats. One is Tom, he is three years old and the other is Maisy, a 6-month old kitten. They're both very sweet and you're always welcome to play with them. They LOVE treats. Aside from that, you can message me if you have any further questions or are interested in a summer sublet. Always free to answer any questions or inquiries :)
