The lease renews in September, and I'm hoping to find someone to live with for about a year, until the next lease renewal in Aug 2026. I'm a really clean and tidy person, and I love working out and taking walks downstairs.
I'm absolutely in love with this area and neighborhood! We're right in Hunter Point Park, next to the Eastern River, which means you get the most PERFECT Manhattan view! Transportation is super convenient too—there's a ferry literally downstairs, and a subway station about 10 minutes away that's just two stops from Midtown Manhattan.
My mom is leaving on July 20th, so it would be great if you're planning to move in after that. Move-out dates can be flexible, and we can definitely figure something out.
