The Property
Located on the 3rd floor (Apt 3B), the apartment features central AC and heating for year-round comfort. Best of all, all utilities and high-speed internet are included in the rent! There is a common laundry in the building, and as shown in the floor plan in image_6e486e.jpg, the shared bathroom even includes a bidet. If you are moving in light, we offer a full furniture rental package (bed, desk, chair, closet) for under $200 for your entire stay. Please note our strict house rules: no pets, no smoking, and no e-bikes.

The Area
Situated at 346 50th Street, the location is incredibly convenient. You are just a 2-minute walk from the R train (53rd Street station) and Pure Gym. Patel Groceries, Planet Fitness, and major fast-food outlets are all within a 5 to 6-minute walk.

The Roommates
You will be joining a welcoming, mixed-gender household of fellow students. We are highly inclusive and welcome everyone, regardless of gender or dietary preferences (both vegetarians and non-vegetarians are welcome). One of the rooms is already taken, so you will be sharing the space with an existing roommate who values a clean and respectful living environment.
