Summer Sublet - Brooklyn - Prospect Height

Looking to sublet my room for the summer. In a conveniently situated part of Brooklyn - Prospect Heights. 1 roommate in here. Shared bathroom. She is a grad student at NYU and is cool and chill as well. She would need to talk with you before... completing the sublet.

Cost is $1,800 per month (prorated for the number of days) and negotiable depending on fit. Available dates are 6/9 to about 7/30. (Depending on whether my other roommate decides to extend the lease in August.)

The apartment is a great jumping off point for someone who wants a month or two to find another place or to settle into the City before Fall semester. It will take you anywhere in Manhattan super conveniently. It's within 10-15 minutes walk from the five of the major train lines that run into Manhattan -- which is crazy.

The neighborhood is also very cool. Lots going on, but not super yuppie like Wburg or Greenpoint. Neighborhood cafes, the Brooklyn Museum (free for NYU students), and chill bars/restaurants are 10 min walk or less. The street itself is really quiet -- never hear sirens or street noise -- a big luxury if you are new to NY!

It's a really nice place! Super clean and the landlord/maintenance is on point immediately. Exposed brick in the bedroom/living room, and comes fully furnished unless you don't want that.

If you have any questions feel free to ask!!
