Share a Victorian House in Brooklyn

Looking for someone to share a large (3700 square feet) victorian house in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn with an NYU faculty member. Ideal for visiting scholar/staff or a law/advanced grad student. Must be responsible, mature, grounded, etc.

House has three... floors--the rental would be the 3rd floor of the house (1200 square feet). This floor Includes 4 bedrooms and a full bath--and the rental would include 2-3 of these rooms. Ideally used as a bedroom/study/living area. One room is extremely large (see attached pictures) with 8 windows and a turret. The others are a bit smaller but also nicely sized. Currently lightly furnished; can rent un/furnished.

House layout also includes:

1st floor (1500 square feet) : includes large kitchen, dining room, living room, reading room, and 1/2 bath.

2nd floor (1000 square feet): includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths--all used by owner.

Overall, the house has lots of period details and nice furnishings. Fully stocked chef's kitchen with newish appliances on 1st floor. Large backyard and driveway (negotiable). There is basement storage, which is also negotiable. Rent includes all utilities and wifi.

Must be pet friendly as two sweet cats and one even sweeter dog lives in the house.
