Roommate Needed - Cozy Transit Friendly Quiet Prospect Heights Apt

Hi! Looking for a chill & considerate roommate to share a 2b1b in Prospect Heights!

About the apt: located in a great part of Crown Heights on the border of Prospect Heights. 10-15 min walk to the A/C/B/Q/2/3/4/5. 15-minute walk to Prospect...
Park.

Right by Washington st and Franklin Ave bars and shops!

About me: I'm in my late twenties, working full-time and getting my master's at NYU. Currently, I work from home, but I'll be transitioning to a hybrid setup starting in August.

I am 29 (F) and was born in Venezuela. I have lived in San Francisco for the last 16 years and have been in NYC for the last year! I work at a non-profit organization and feel strongly about social justice issues.

I am pretty chill & friendly, although I love to keep to myself. My hobbies include working out and running, reading, going out to dance (love a good perreo), spending time outdoors with friends and family, roller blading, and occasionally playing on my Switch.

I am kind, honest, direct, compassionate, a good communicator, understand boundaries, and have a sense of humor. I love to joke around and listen to others. I like to keep the space pretty tidy, clean and smelling nice. Occasional dishes in the sink overnight are whatever. Happy to be besties with my roommate or not, up to them 🙂

The block and the apt are very chill and relaxing, and I would love someone who is also looking for a quiet space to relax at home & who is considerate, respectful, and a good communicator!

The room is cozy, and the closets are pretty ample!

Rent is 1850!

Message me if interested!
