Amazing Large Private Bedroom Available in the Heart of the West Village in a converted one bedroom apartment. The apartment is... located in an elevator building with shared kitchen and bathroom. There is no living room. All utilities are included.

The 9’x12’ private bedroom has a full-size loft bed and a couch that folds into a full-size bed. Furnished with a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, two shelving units, a full-length mirror and a window AC. The window looks out to the west and gets sunlight most of the day. The private bedroom has an in-room 3’x3’ closet with 6’ for hanging clothes.

The kitchen has a new stove and refrigerator and is stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans. The rent includes all utilities (electricity, gas, heat, water, WiFi). The apartment is smoke and vape free. The term is negotiable, month-to-month, with preference for one semester or more.

The apartment is located in the West Village, cuitural center of NYC and one of the best located neighborhoods in the City surrounded by jazz clubs, Off Broadway theaters, the High Line, Whitney Museum and more. Essentials are minutes away including grocery, both NYU gyms, pharmacy and laundry.
