Private Bedroom in Bayridge (4bd/2ba)

We're a group of three NYU grad students looking for a roommate - renting out an unfurnished private bedroom in our four bed, two bath second floor walk-up.

Close by are multiple grocery stores, a laundromat, and we have many options for food,... including Mexican, Chinese, and Lebanese food. The apartment is a 3-5 minute walk away from the nearest subway station, and getting to the Tandon campus is a 25 minute ride on the R Train.

Your bedroom would include a closet and a skylight, and the room is big enough to fit a full sized bed comfortably. Internet will likely be ~$30/person (we're still shopping around), and electricity cost and gas cost are based on usage. Along with the bedroom, you'll be sharing a bathroom with one of us (2 people for each bathroom). You'll also be sharing a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, cupboard space, and a gas stove.

We're a group of three NYU grad students in our 20s, two female and one male. The apartment is non-smoking, though we do drink. There are no restrictions on types of food you can have in the apartment. Any student is free to apply.

This is a new lease that begins on September 1st, so your name would be on the lease (12-months). You would need to pay a security deposit of $888, but no guarantors are needed.
