Looking for a roommate to join my lease in the LES starting July 1!

It's a two bedroom with south facing windows so always great light in the bedrooms. The living room doesn't have windows but with the bedroom doors open it still gets natural light. The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer.... Bathroom has a bath and shower (and good water pressure). It's overall pretty small and cozy but I really like it--I renewed my lease this year. You would have the larger bedroom. It's already furnished from my previous roommate. I'd prefer someone who doesn't have a lot of furniture to bring in, just so we won't have to put that furniture in storage. It has heat and we have portable AC units. Fire escape access through bedrooms. Laundromat a block away. It's a 5th floor walk up which sucked at first but now I'm grateful for because of the view/light. Very close to the Delancey/Essex station.
