I'm looking for a clean and quiet person with no pets or furniture, to rent my lovely oasis- a bright, clean and quiet one bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in the back of the building, so it does not get any street noise. The bedroom has a tempurpedic bed and a smart tv, a nightstand, a large dresser, and built in drawers and a built in closet.

The living room is very bright, has 2 windows, black out blinds, another smart tv, a couch, coffee table, and a desk with a comfy swivel chair.

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with anything you might need- coffee makers, a blender, a microwave, gas stove, oven, and toaster oven. There is a small table with two chairs to eat on.

Bathroom is small but clean, with a rain water shower head and great water pressure.

This is a small building with no neighbors below, and only one above.

The neighborhood is calm and safe. It takes 30-35 minutes to get to NYU during the day. On the block there is the Voted #1 Best Italian bakery in Brooklyn, a supermarket 3 doors to the left, a pharmacy, a wine shop, Dunkin' Donuts, a Subway, a bodega, 2 bars, and a bank. One block over, you will find a 24 hour fruit and vegetable store, more bodegas, a pizza place, one of the best Italian restaurants in Bay Ridge, a Chase bank, a laundromat, and an old school delicious diner. There is a lovely park a 5-10 minute walk away. If you are a bike rider, you can bike to the water in 10-15 minutes where there is a beautiful 4 mile long bike path that runs along the water with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline and the Verrazano bridge. There is also a ferry stop which is a 25 minute walk away.

This is an old Brooklyn building so there is no dishwasher or washer dryer but laundromats can be found one block away.

Please contact me and tell me a little bit about yourself and please feel free to ask me any questions as well! Thank you!
