I'm a senior at NYU Tandon studying civil engineering and I'm looking for 2 people to share my apartment with. It's a 3 bedroom on the 15th floor at 275 South Street — we have a private balcony with a pretty insane view of the East River and Brooklyn... , open kitchen and living area, and the building has a gym, rooftop, and a doorman.

The apartment itself is really spacious — big open living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms with great natural light, and the balcony view on the 15th floor is honestly hard to beat. Building has everything you'd want: 24/7 doorman and security, a solid gym, rooftop terrace, elevator, and they deliver packages and food straight to your door so you never have to go down to the lobby.

Location is a huge plus — the F train is right outside which makes everything super accessible. You can get to NYU Tandon in a few stops, or go the other way and hit West 4th or Union Square in like 10 minutes. Positioned right on the East River waterfront so you're also close to the Seaport and have easy access to Brooklyn whenever you want.
