ABOUT THIS LISTING I am offering a small room in a large duplex apartment. Room is furnished, bedding and towels are included, bathroom shared with only one girl, shared full kitchen, deck, living room with a fireplace and dining room. Internet... included. We have a cleaner coming twice a month that will also wash your linens:) Only one person, preferably a female. Quiet, respectful, very clean and tidy only. No parties or friends over. Also we have 2 cats:) We are near beautiful gardens, amazing restaurants and cafes, the Tompkins Square Park and the East River Park! Trains ( L and F ) are 10 min away, 3 different bus lines within a few blocks. Shorter stays ( min 1 month ) are welcome. Dates can be Flexible. Note: The oven use is limited, makes the house really hot!

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS One month’s rent and a $2000 security deposit will be required upfront and remember that we have cats! We also require to fairly split the cost of Con-Edison and cleaning lady and cleaning supplies monthly.
NOTES: -There’s an offer to include a private bathroom for $500 more a month. -The length of stay can be extended for students that are staying for the school year. -Only people that have a job or school are accepted. Not available for working from home folks. -No “heavy” cookers please text me to clarify.
