Hi! We are looking for a roommate in a Crown Heights apartment for September 1st. Rent for the room is $1095/month.
Location:
- Crown Heights on a tree-lined quiet block
- 0.3 miles from the 2,3, and 5 trains
- 15 minute walk from Franklin Ave
- 25... minute walk from Prospect Park

Apartment:
- 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath
- Two floors, both the ground floor and basement
- Beautiful renovated kitchen with a dishwasher
- In-unit laundry
- Central air conditioning
- Private backyard/patio (with a grill and garden in progress)
- Lots of storage/closets
- An extra guest room

Room avilable:
- Rent is $1095/month. It’s the basement room. It can fit a full or queen with more space to spare, and you would have your own half bathroom on the floor. The room doesn’t have natural sunlight, but the plus is you kind of own the basement floor and it's cheaper, of course.


Roommates:
-Sarah: 26, she/her, culturally Jewish leftist, speaks Yiddish, loves art museums and jogging, moving to NYC for grad school at NYU
-Noa: 27, she/her, sephardi/mizrachi Jewish leftist and gay, loves to dance, do crafts (and then abandon them), cook, works at non-profit, and already lives in the apartment.
-Anabelle, 27, she/her, Jewish and gay. Loves Broadway, basketball, Lego, blind boxes (get me one and you have the room), and crafts (and then not abandon them). Works at a Jewish non-profit.
-We are respectful and mature roommates and would love to host Shabbat dinners occasionally and make the house a home :)
