Charming Furnished 2 bedroom Chelsea Apartment for Sublet close to Campus, Fall (maybe extended)

CHARMING 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT FOR
FALL SUBLET IN CHELSEA, NEW YORK

This Fully Furnished pre-war apartment is located near 23rd and 7th Street in the lovely Chelsea Neighborhood. The neighborhood hosts a number of cafes fine dining casual...
eateries, musical venues, and speakeasies.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom unit. There is a lovely, large salon/living/dinning area. The kitchen is on the larger side for New York City apartments, and comes fully equipped with dishwasher, ¾ size fridge, regular stove, microwave and coffee bar. The bathroom, all in traditional black and white tile, has a shower/bathtub. There is also a large entry foyer/dining room. The master bedroom, with queen bed, has a very large walk-in closet and, in addition, a desk. The second bedroom has a full bed, and a dresser, with room for a desk.

One block away are three subway stations. They serve the A,E,C line, the 1,2,3 line and the F,M,B,D lines. There is a Target, a Whole Foods, and a Trader Joe’s each within 2 blocks. The apartment overlooks a beautiful tree lined street facing a row of brownstones. There is an elevator in the building, and also laundry in the building.

New York University is 12 minutest away by subway and a nice easy walk on sunny days. The Chelsea Hotel is around the Corner and the Highline is just a few blocks away. Eataly is down the street and both Madison Square Park and Union Square are within a short walking distance. Madison Square Gardens and The Theater district are within proximity.

Ideally I am looking for a 3 to 4 month sublet but I am very flexible with this. The apartment is available mid-August, but a start date of Sept 1 would be fine. I have a lot of flexibility to work around dates Rent is $5,800/month plus utilities.
