Looking for a pet friendly roommate to sign a 1 year lease with me for a private room with an attached balcony in a spacious 2... bed / 1 bath apartment in Brooklyn.
My current roommate is moving to the West Coast, so the room is available for a Sept. 1 lease start. Open to any gender — my current roommate is male, and that setup has worked.
Pet friendly is a must. I have an older cat who does not leave my room, and a sweet, quiet, house trained dog who stays in my room when I’m not home and comes out with me. I’m an animal lover and would be happy to live with another pet if they get along. The building is pet friendly.
