Bright and Furnished Space in Hell's Kitchen - Room or Whole Apartment (Shared Housing)

I have 2 rental options:
One option is subletting a room only, 3-6 months. Available immediately. It is a bright and furnished bedroom at my apartment in Hell’s Kitchen. The rent will be $2,100 per month plus shared utilities - we are only... responsible for electricity. The room is in a two-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the 12th floor, with an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline.

Apartment/Room: The apartment is furnished with like-new appliances such as a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove, and a full-sized fridge. The kitchen which is fully stocked with dishes, silverware and cookware, and will be shared between you and another roommate. The bedroom will come furnished with a wardrobe, full size bed, work desk and a book shelf.

I am looking for a mature individual that has a full-time job or another stable source of income. Apartment is shared and I would like a person who is respectful of other people’s time, space, and property. Everything in the house is furnished so I need someone who will take care of everything as if it were their own. The other room is currently occupied by another NYU grad student.

Another option is renting the whole apartment for $4K per month. Available starting June 2025 for a year minimum.
The other room in the apartment is also furnished with two large wardrobes, a couch that unfolds into a bed, plenty of storage space and shelves, a flat screen TV, and a coffee table. This option is can be shared by two people or would be great for a couple as the other room is a converted living room.

Building: The apartment complex was built 10 years ago so everything is quite new and well maintained. There are two elevators in our buildings, as well as a mailroom and laundry room on the ground floor. The front desk of our community is located in the building next door - all deliveries are brought to the front desk and are held there for pickup.

Location: The closest subway station is 2 blocks away (the A-C-E line), the M11 bus to uptown is on the corner, and the crosstown M42 is 2 streets away. Times Square station is a 12 min walk from our building and the NYU shuttle stop is near by.

We are in the center of Hell’s Kitchen so there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. There is a supermarket down the street, as well as a pop-up farmers market with fresh vegetables.
