Bright & beautiful pre-war gem in the heart of NYC, walk to NYU Lagone

Fully Furnished 3BR/2BA, 2-6 month sublease - One Flat Price, No Hidden Fees - Murray Hill, Park Ave & 35th

One flat monthly rate of $10,200 covers everything- rent, furniture, utilities, WiFi, and biweekly cleaning. No hidden fees, no surprise...
charges- just pack your bags and move in. Perfect for families relocating to NYC who need a temporary place to settle into the city, corporate relocations, short-term work assignments, or the wanderlust traveler looking to stay a while.

Please note: this is a sublease and subject to building management approval, which may take several weeks to finalize. Applicants should be prepared for this timeline and have some flexibility around the exact move-in date within the window above.

Upon entering this home, you immediately feel the generosity of space. The layout is ideal for comfortable living: all bedrooms are full-sized, the combined living and dining area is generous - with a dining table that seats 6, perfect for entertaining - and the kitchen is grand and light-filled, centered around a spacious island. East, north, and south-facing windows fill the apartment with natural light all day long, giving it a bright, airy feel that's both spacious and cozy. Chrysler Building views grace every north-facing window; living room, primary bedroom, and secondary bedroom. The decor strikes a warm balance between mid-century character and current modern style, clean lines and timeless pieces layered with soft textures and contemporary comfort.

This pre-war gem was designed and constructed in 1924 by noted architect and builder Fred F. French- a magnificent 16-story building offering classic pre-war character alongside modern conveniences. It's an elevator building with only two apartments per floor, giving it a quiet, boutique feel rarely found at this location. Residents enjoy a full-time, 24-hour doorman, live-in superintendent, and on-site laundry room.

Ideally situated on the corner of Park Avenue and 35th Street, in the heart of historic Murray Hill - one of Manhattan's most charming, tree-lined residential pockets with real neighborhood history, home to a Gilded Age mansion just down 35th Street, and where iconic views of the Empire State Building greet you on neighborhood walks.

The location is unbeatable for commuting: you're a block from the 6 train, an 8-minute walk to Herald Square for the B/D/F/M/N/Q/R/W lines to the West Side, just a simple trip across 34th Street to Penn Station, and just minutes from Grand Central Terminal. Located in the Central Business District, close to NYU Langone and the United Nations. A quick walk brings you to Madison Square Park, NoMad, and the Flatiron District as well.

Available fully furnished, 2-6 month term, with a flexible move-in window between October 1-9.

Payment & Approval Process:
A holding deposit of 20% of the security deposit ($2,040) is due upon selection, to reserve the apartment while building management reviews the application. Fully refundable if building management declines the sublease. Upon approval, the remaining security deposit and first month's rent are due prior to move-in.
The security deposit ($10,200) protects against damage to furniture, fixtures, and other items provided with the apartment, beyond normal wear and tear. A documented move-in inventory will be reviewed together at move-in, and compared at move-out to determine any deductions.
