Big Room Available in Luxury Building w/ Big Closet and Sunlight!

Hi, we are couple Dave (43M) and Times (35F) and are looking for a roommate in our 2 bedroom apartment. We also have a cat named Buttermilk (5F) who is curious and friendly! The entire apartment is 900-1000 square feet and is a 2 bed 1 bath. We also... have a balcony. I work (healthcare operations) remote full-time and Dave is in office 1-2x a week (IT). We do frequent CT and when we do we bring along Buttermilk. When Dave and I are both working from home, I will likely work in the living room (bedroom when feeling lazy). Dave is into beer and pinball while I'm more of a cocktail homebody :).

We have a full bed frame, mattress, desk, small dresser and nightstand furnished, but should you not want these we can take it away. Your bedroom will also have a moderately sized closet. Utilities (gas and electric) and internet will be split 3 ways, will let you know details. There is an in unit washer dryer and dishwasher. We also have a small gym in the building. We recently found out this is a non-smoking building, so keep that in mind.

We're about 20-30 minutes from the city by train. The R train is right near us (Prospect Ave) and the F and G (9th Street) are about a 10 minute walk. We are about a 15-20 minute walk from Prospect Park. We have some local dive bars along 5th avenue (Buttermilk, Skylark, Commonwealth, Rullos, Monroes).

Feel free to message for more details!
