Clean, non-smoker, non-drinker, and do not bring overnight guests of the opposite sex. ▫️ living room: NYU junior undergraduate student with a very quiet, neutered cat. The cat stays in my bedroom and does not enter common areas. I will clean regularly if any fur reaches shared spaces. I have independent living experience, do not game much, and mostly watch shows. I rarely cook (mostly microwave or noodles). Easy-going and open to discussion, hoping we can maintain a comfortable and respectful home together.
