Located in the vibrant Lenox Hill section of the Upper East Side, this home is just a stone's throw away from Central Park, world-class shopping, and some of the best fine dining and nightlife Manhattan has to offer. The N, Q, R, W, F, and 6 trains are all a short walk away, and an Equinox gym is directly across the street.
There are three levels of stairs to reach the apartment's entry floor. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. For stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning is required every 30 days, with fees invoiced prior to the service. A property rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival.
The apartment is remote work-friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace featuring an ergonomic chair.
