There are two levels of stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home, or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days, with the fee invoiced prior to the service.
The apartment is remote work-friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace featuring an ergonomic chair.
