This property is all yours, with either a personal greeting or self check-in instructions provided. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas, with an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 for violations, as well as possible removal from the property.
The apartment is remote work-friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace featuring an ergonomic chair. A laptop computer is not included.
