Hamilton Heights is a neighborhood in the northern part of Manhattan in New York City. This property only allows a six-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months, with a furnished lease preferred. Owner approval is required for all reservations, subject to completion of a background check with a 72-hour minimum notice period after booking to confirm the reservation. Access is only available to the upstairs unit, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, with a fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 for odor removal as well as possible removal from the property. Monthly housekeeping is required for stays of 60 nights or longer, with a full mid-stay cleaning every 30 days, invoiced prior to the service.
