3bd Stuytown Apartment (looking for one more female-presenting roommate)

Hi! We're Reyna (23) and Amanda (22), and we're students at NYU looking for a third roommate for our beautiful Stuytown apartment! We each have a cat, so we are not looking for any other pets (Snickers is easily stressed). Our complex is vast,... boasting a farmers market, fountain, courts, green spaces, elevators, and a 10-minute walk to the L. It is really such a lovely place to live!

This listing is for a sublet of Amanda's room (the master bedroom, available May 18th-mid August), with option to take over in our third roommate's room for the school year. Amanda's room will be furnished, while the room during the school year will not be.

Our ideal roommate is a 21-24 y/o female-identifying person studying at NYU. We would love to be able to hang out sometimes, even to just watch TV with in our free time! Neither of us are big partiers, and we don't smoke and rarely drink, so someone with a similar lifestyle would be preferred. We're looking for someone who keeps common spaces (especially the kitchen) clean.

A little about me (Amanda): I'm a transfer rising senior studying social work and minoring in CAMS from Northern Virginia (30 minutes from DC). On weekends, I enjoy going to Broadway shows and concerts and trying for SNL tickets. I also meditate and take care of plants and Snickers!

A little about me (Reyna): I'm a rising second year graduate student also studying social work (MSW) from San Diego, CA. I also enjoy seeing Broadway shows and concerts, as well as going to music festivals, reading, baking, and of course hanging out with my cat (Octopus)!
