Hi! We’re two guys in our mid-20s—a working professional and a nyu senior—looking for a third roommate to join our 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath walk-up apartment on... East 53rd Street in Midtown East / Turtle Bay.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, easygoing, reliable, and generally considerate of noise/shared spaces.

Apartment / Room
Rent: $1,800/month
Lease: Available immediately through August 31, 2027, with the option to renew
Move-in: First month’s rent + one-month security deposit
Heat and water included; electricity + Wi-Fi are split evenly and typically run around $50–70/person per month
Spacious bedroom, approximately 180 sq. ft.
Very large walk-in closet plus additional hallway storage

Important note about the room: The bedroom has its own private entrance, but there is currently no traditional door separating the room from the hallway—a curtain is being used instead. The end of that hallway is only used by the other roommates to access the shower, so foot traffic is fairly limited. Please keep this setup in mind when reaching out.
