Hey! I’m looking for someone to replace my current roommate in a spacious and sunny 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Bed-Stuy, starting in September when our current lease ends.

You’d be signing on as a new roommate for the lease renewal (not subletting)... , and splitting rent with me going forward. The apartment features:
• Private balcony with lots of natural light
• Two full bathrooms – one is en suite (smaller but private)
• Open living/dining area with great light and air flow
• Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances + dishwasher
• A/C
• Pet-friendly building (and home to my very sweet cat, Kabees 🐾)

📍 Located just off the Utica A/C — easy access to the express train and plenty of neighborhood gems.
💸 Rent is $3,500 total ($1,750 each) — subject to slight change when the lease renews in September (landlord hasn’t finalized terms yet). Utilities separate but manageable.

I’m a super tidy, respectful NYU grad student — ideally looking for someone who’s clean, kind, cat-friendly, and LGBTQ+ friendly.
