Pets are allowed with approval and a one-time $300 charge. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Monthly housekeeping is required for stays of 60 nights or longer, with a full mid-stay cleaning every 30 days, invoiced prior to the service. This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months, with a preference for furnished leases. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. You will either be personally greeted or provided with self check-in instructions. Our concierge team is available to assist with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations.
