4 of the 6 rooms are taken. All current residents are male students. Most of them study at NYU, and all of them are international students. If you are moving to New York from another country, you will live with people who arrived the same way and can help you get used to the city.

• I pay for the water.
• Residents share the other monthly bills for the house.
• I manage all the accounts. Your share is added to your rent as one payment each month.
• You do not need to open any accounts or divide bills with your roommates.

TRAVEL TO CAMPUS
• The R subway line is a few blocks away, at the 77th Street station.
• About 40 minutes to NYU Tandon in Brooklyn.
• About 55 minutes to NYU Washington Square in Manhattan.
• Both trips are direct. You do not need to change trains.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Bay Ridge is quiet, safe, and mostly houses and small shops. Groceries and restaurants cost much less here than near campus.
