92NY Residence is not traditional apartment living. It is a co-living, residence-hall–style community designed for students, interns, fellows, artists, and young professionals just starting out in New York City.
Residents have private, furnished... bedrooms within a shared living environment. Bathrooms, kitchens, lounges, and laundry facilities are communal. This setup is ideal for individuals who are comfortable sharing spaces and who value a social, community-oriented living experience.
Located atop New York City’s iconic cultural institution, 92nd Street Y, residents live within an active and creative community. Amenities include a full fitness center with pool, sauna, indoor track, basketball courts, cardio and weight rooms, as well as discounts to 92NY talks, concerts, performances, and art, music, and dance classes.
The residence offers regular group outings, 24/7 security with CCTV, and easy access to multiple public transit options. It is steps from Central Park, Museum Mile, and Upper East Side hospitals.
Flexible stays are available with a 30-day minimum. There is no broker’s fee, no guarantor requirement, and no 40x rent income requirement, however applicants must be enrolled as a full time student, intern, working full-time in NYC, or a combination of both.
