This property requires a condo board application and approval for 6-month stays or longer. The property does not have window guards, so please keep this in mind when booking. You will either be personally greeted or provided with self check-in instructions. A property rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days, with the fee invoiced immediately prior to the service. The apartment is remote work-friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair.
