The apartment is secure with a top-notch alarm system and includes the convenience of a private basement with a Miele washer/dryer.
The apartment is designed with relaxation and functionality in mind. It features high-speed, commercial-grade Wi-Fi and an excellent electric piano to enhance the space for both work and leisure. The luxurious bathroom with a deep soak tub and the open-plan living area make Hawthorn I your perfect retreat. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a Nespresso coffee maker.
Family-friendly amenities include a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair available upon request for an additional fee. The apartment also offers a 24/7 concierge service, housekeeping, maintenance, and local recommendations.

Trendy eateries, stylish clubs, and hip bars make for an energetic nightlife scene. The area features a mix of 19th-century brownstones and modern high-rises. The third bedroom is an open loft up a few ladder-like steps above the living area. It is not enclosed but is private. The alcove bedroom above the stairs has low ceilings and may not suit all guests. You will either be personally greeted by a partner member or provided with self check-in instructions. Our concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair. A laptop computer is not included.
