1 bedroom in a shared home (Shared Housing)

Hi There! I am an NYU alum as well as NYU staff member whose child moved out for college and has a furnished room available for rent in a quiet cul-de-sac in Union, NJ. I work a hybrid schedule and take the NJ transit train to either Penn station NY... or to Hoboken, connecting then to the Path. the commute is one hour door to door. This is ideal for someone with a car who wants to save lots on rent! Or, if your schedule matches my hybrid one I can offer rides to the train station at 7:30am - My office days are Monday to Wednesday.
About the house: This is a 4 level house. the basement is finished and has a laundry room accessible to you. The entrance ground level has two rooms that are rented out to two wonderful tenants, a music teacher and a wedding boutique manager, they share a bathroom on that floor. The next level holds the combined open space living room, dining room and kitchen.
Finally the top level has the 3 bedrooms and one full bath. I occupy the master bedroom, my older daughter who plans to move out Nov 1st is in the second room and the third bedroom was my younger daughter's and is the one available.
I have two small and loveable hypoallergenic doggies, Jayky is 11 and Nurita is 1.5 years old.
You can also enjoy the outdoor backyard patio to take in the fresh air. There are plenty of shopping areas nearby.
